Our outdoor circuit classes are station-based workouts held in a local park using free outdoor equipment, led by two instructors who provide guidance and options throughout. You’ll rotate through a series of exercise stations at your own pace, featuring movements like step-ups, battle ropes, bench exercises, dips, and chin-up bars. The sessions are designed to improve cardio, strength, and mobility, and all exercises can be adapted, making the class suitable and welcoming for all fitness levels.
