We have a special announcement to make! We have been working on an online solution to provide you with greater flexibility, convenience, and more options to connect with the centre.

Online customer portal

Active Melbourne will bring you an online customer portal, with each member being allocated their very own personalised account.

This new service will provide you with your own personal login to empower you with the ease and convenience of:

  • online bookings: view your group fitness class or personal training session has never been easier (you can check availability and boo);
  • managing your membership: update your details, see your membership details, or suspend online;
  • make online purchases: visit the online shop feature to purchase your personal training packs or single sessions.

You will be issued your login on Saturday 29 April 2023 via an email with instructions on how to log in.

Please be aware

Active Melbourne will continue to process your direct debits each fortnight. There are no additional fees or charges for this new service, but please note that due to our system change, the reference on your bank statement from the debit on Thursday 4 May 2023 may be slightly different from previous transactions.
