The City of Melbourne and the Y are proud to support and be a part of the Victorian Seniors Festival throughout October.
We have a range of free events and classes across all our sites, aimed at seniors aged 50 and over. Get involved to gain new experiences, socialise with others and have fun! You don’t have to be a member with us – everyone is welcome to join the celebration.

Join this interactive workshop to learn how to help someone in an emergency situation. Learn about DRSABCD, defibrillator use, calling for help and resuscitation skills.

Bring the grandkids along for a fun afternoon together at our family-friendly walking football event. Walking football is a modified, non-contact version of soccer suitable for anyone who is able to walk. Refreshments provided after the session. |

Join this ancient Chinese martial art class, which practices a series of slow gentle movements and physical postures, a meditative state of mind and controlled breathing.
