The Victorian Seniors Festival gives seniors the chance to take part in low-cost and free events throughout October.
We’re excited to be a part of this year’s celebrations with various fun activities on offer at Ashburton Pool and Recreation Centre, Boroondara Sports Complex and Hawthorn Aquatic and Leisure Centre.
From morning tea to fitness and wellbeing classes – there’s something for everyone. Don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity to try something new, socialise with others and prioritise your health and wellbeing.
Our events are free for seniors, however bookings are required for some activities.

Ashburton Pool and Recreation Centre caféNo need to book – simply come along to the café to take part. Pryme Posture This welcoming, fun and friendly class includes functional and relevant exercises for older adults to support upper and lower body strength, flexibility and fall prevention.
Please wear activewear and/or comfortable clothing and bring a sweat towel and drink bottle.

Week 2
Event Date and location Bookings Pryme Pilates Pryme Pilates focuses on aligning and balancing your body as well as strength and core movements. This helps to create ease and mobility through the joints and improves posture.
Please wear activewear and/or comfortable clothing and bring a sweat towel and drink bottle.
